What data we collect

Only the data you choose to give us through the contact form: name, email address, the organisation you indicate and the text of your message, used solely to answer you. The hosting provider records technical access data (IP address, time, pages requested, browser type) in server logs, for security and operation.

Third-party providers

Netlify, Inc. hosts the site, processes access logs and receives the contact form submissions (Netlify Forms), which it stores and forwards to us by email. Google Fonts delivers the typefaces and the request discloses your IP address to Google. Some providers are established outside the EU: any transfer takes place under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking, analytics or advertising tools; no consent banner is therefore shown. The three linked sites have their own policies.

Legal basis and retention

Replying to your messages rests on the pre-contractual measures you request and on our legitimate interest in answering you. Messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request and to meet legal obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to their processing, and withdraw consent; you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Write to istitutoaequilibrium@gmail.com.
